With deep inspiration from Haiti, the Bahamas, Jamaica, and Trinidad, he saw the beauty in traditional "island ribbon food" and believed it deserved a seat at the fine-dining table. Caribbean cuisine wasn't just comfort food — it was culture, heritage, artistry, and pride.
What started as a vision became a movement.
From Cascade, Lithonia to Midtown, Buckhead, and Duluth, Spice House has grown into multiple thriving locations across Georgia — each one built on authenticity, bold flavors, and modern presentation. Every dish blends traditional island recipes with elevated technique, transforming classics like jerk, oxtail, snapper, and tropical ingredients into unforgettable dining experiences.
